Programme design

The budget usually forms one part of the programme proposal. This may be submitted to your organisation or directly to a donor for funding.

Preparation and development of the proposal as a whole is beyond the scope of this guide. We have assumed however that you will use a logical planning framework or “log frame” in designing your programme. There are many variations on the log frame. In this guide we use the terminology used in the How to Guide: The logical framework approach by Greta Jensen.
