A driver

The emergency team was run by expatriates most of whom did not speak the local language. They fell out with the local country team and criticised their finance and logistic systems. The expatriates set up their own office and bank accounts so they did not hear the rumours that one of their drivers was a well-known drug trafficker and money launderer. They were surprised when a few months later the driver forged two signatures and transferred the emergency bank balance to his own account. It was only by good luck that the transfer was blocked.
