The right bank
There were several banks in the town. One international bank had air conditioning and glass fronted offices; the other banks were plain and dusty. But there were rumours that the smart bank was not trustworthy. Five years later, regulators in seven countries raided and took control of the bank. Estimates of losses were between $10 and $17 billion.
