Securing funding
The following steps are required to secure and retain funding:
- Identify potential donors.
- Prepare proposals.
- Negotiate and sign agreements.
- Transfer funds.
- Spend funds as agreed with donors.
- Prepare and submit narrative and financial reports.
As programme manager, you will have the main responsibility for spending the funds in accordance with the agreement and preparing reports. You may also be involved in other stages.
